Booking new projects for next quarter
Alex Morgan
Product designer helping small teams turn complicated workflows into calm, clear software.
I work with founders and product teams on research, interface design and design systems, from the first sketch to the version that ships.
Based in Lisbon. Working with teams across Europe and North America.
A designer who likes the unglamorous details.
I've spent the last decade designing software that people rely on at work: scheduling tools, internal dashboards, booking flows and the design systems behind them.
My process is simple. I talk to the people who will use the thing, sketch a lot, test early, and hand over files that developers actually enjoy working with. I care about accessibility, honest copy and interfaces that stay out of the way.
When I'm not designing, I'm usually cycling the coast road to Cascais or failing to keep houseplants alive.
