Brightline was started by people who had been on the client side of consulting projects and knew how they could be better.
Our story
Built from the other side of the table
Our founders spent years inside growing companies, sitting through consulting projects that produced impressive documents and very little change. They started Brightline to do the opposite: smaller teams, plainer language and work that stays useful after the invoice is paid.
Today we are a small group of strategists, operators and coaches who work closely with leadership teams. We are independent, which means no software to resell and no reason to recommend anything other than what is right for you.
