Strategy & Planning

Turn a crowded list of priorities into a plan your whole team understands, believes in and can act on from the following Monday.

Overview

Most leadership teams do not lack ideas. They lack a shared, honest view of which few ideas matter most right now, and a routine that keeps those priorities alive once the offsite glow fades.

Our strategy work is deliberately practical. We spend the first weeks listening, then help you make a small number of clear choices and build a simple planning rhythm around them. The result is a plan short enough to remember and specific enough to act on.

What you get

A one-page strategy

Your priorities, the reasoning behind them and what you are deliberately not doing, on a single page.

A sequenced roadmap

Initiatives ordered by dependency and capacity, with an owner and a first milestone for each.

A planning rhythm

A simple quarterly routine for reviewing progress and adjusting course, with templates.

An aligned leadership team

Workshops that turn individual views into shared decisions everyone can explain.

A good fit if…

  • Your leadership team agrees on the goal but not the route.
  • Every project is labelled “priority”.
  • Plans get written, then quietly forgotten.

Probably not a fit if…

  • You need an investor-ready financial model.
  • The key decision has already been made.
  • You are looking for a long written report.

Approach

How a strategy engagement runs

An example timeline. We adjust the pace to your calendar, not the other way round.

  1. Weeks 1–2

    Listen

Interviews with leaders and key team members, plus a review of existing plans, numbers and customer feedback.

  2. Weeks 3–4

    Diagnose

We share what we heard, test it with you and agree the handful of issues that matter most.

  3. Weeks 5–7

    Shape the plan

Two working sessions to set priorities and sequence the roadmap, followed by a written draft.

  4. Week 8 onward

    Launch the rhythm

We run the first quarterly review with you, then hand over the templates and step back.

About this service

Expect a few hours from each leader across the interview phase, plus two half-day working sessions. We do the preparation and the writing.

Access to headline figures helps us ground the plan in reality, but we can work with whatever level of detail you are comfortable sharing.

They sometimes do. The fixed fee covers a sensible amount of change; if the scope genuinely shifts, we will talk about it before doing anything else.
