Upload a CSV and map the columns to task fields. Owners, due dates, tags and descriptions all come across, and you can preview the result before anything is created.
On Business, guests are free. They only see the projects you invite them to, and you choose whether they can edit or only comment.
Your workspace drops to the Free plan and nothing is deleted. You can export every project as CSV or JSON at any time from Settings.
