Recurring tasks and saved filters

Tasks you create every week can now create themselves. Set a schedule on any task, and Stackly makes a fresh copy with the same checklist, owner and project when it is due.

  • ImprovedDue-date picker now shows the week number and public holidays.

The Monday digest

One email a week with what shipped, what is late and what is next, written for each person. It replaces most day-to-day notification emails, which are now off by default for new members.

  • FixedMentions in doc comments sometimes notified the wrong person.

Timeline dependencies

Connect two tasks on the timeline and the second one moves when the first slips. Stackly shows the knock-on effect before you drop the bar, so nothing moves by surprise.

Guest permissions

Guests on Business can now be limited to commenting, and you can see exactly which projects each guest has access to from one page.
