No. Guest checkout works fully: you get a receipt and download links sent to the email you enter. An account simply keeps all your purchases in one place.

No. Every product is a one-time payment. There are no renewals or recurring charges.

US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it at its own rate.

Yes. Your order page works as a receipt, and we can email a formal invoice with your business details on request.

Immediately. As soon as your payment is confirmed the download unlocks on your order page and we email you the link.

A ZIP archive containing all source files (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images), a README with setup and customisation instructions, and the licence.

A text editor (such as VS Code) and any web host. The templates are plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript — no build tools, databases or special software required.

Up to ten downloads per purchased item. If you need more, contact us and we will reset it.

Yes. When we release an improved version of a product you bought, it appears on your order page and in your account at no extra cost.

Sign in and open Downloads, or use the Find my order page with your order number and email address.

Use it to build as many websites as you like, for yourself or for clients, including commercial sites. You can change anything you want.

Yes. Build client websites with it as often as you like. What you cannot do is hand the template itself to others as a template.

No. You may not resell, share or redistribute the template or plugin itself, modified or not. See the License Agreement for details.

No. Credit is appreciated but never required.

Help getting the product running as described, and fixes for any bugs in the files we supplied. We do not offer design or development services — everything we sell is a digital download you customise yourself.

Usually within one business day.

Basic HTML and CSS editing is enough. Every download includes a README that shows exactly which lines to change for your text, colours and fonts.

Yes, within 14 days of purchase if the product is materially different from its description or demo, the files are broken and we cannot fix them, you were charged twice, or you have not downloaded the files yet. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

We reply to refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
