The rules for buying and using anything sold on ShipWeb.

Agreement
These terms apply to every purchase from and use of ShipWeb ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not purchase.

What we sell
We sell digital products only: website templates, UI kits and plugins. Everything is delivered electronically as downloadable files. Nothing physical is shipped, and we do not sell design, setup or development services.
Every product page shows the price, what is included, the technologies used and, where available, a live demo of the exact files you receive.
Your account
You can check out as a guest or with an account. Guest orders are tied to the email address you provide, and your receipt and download links are sent there.
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include everything you pay us; your bank or card issuer may apply its own currency conversion fees. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
Delivery
Downloads unlock automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed — usually instantly for card payments. You can download again from your order page or account, within the download limit shown on your order.
Licence
Your purchase gives you a licence to use the product as described in our License Agreement. You may not resell or redistribute the product itself.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not use our products to build websites that are unlawful, deceptive, or that infringe the rights of others.
Warranty and liability
We test every product before release and fix reported bugs, but products are provided "as is" without a guarantee that they suit every purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
