License Agreement

What you may and may not do with templates and plugins bought from ShipWeb.

Last updated November 3, 2026

The short version

Buy once, then use the product to build as many websites as you like for yourself or for your clients. You may not resell or give away the template or plugin itself.

What you may do

Use the product to create unlimited end products (websites or web apps) for yourself or for clients, including commercial ones.

Modify, extend and restyle any part of it. Credit is appreciated but not required.

Host the finished websites anywhere, with unlimited visitors.

What you may not do

Resell, sublicense, share or redistribute the product itself — modified or not — as a template, theme, UI kit, plugin or starter, whether paid or free.

Upload the source files to a public repository, file-sharing site or marketplace.

Claim the original design or code as your own work.

Updates

Your purchase includes future updates to that product at no extra cost. Updated files appear on your order page and in your account.

Third-party components

Some products use open-source components or fonts under their own licences (for example MIT or the SIL Open Font License). Those licences apply to those components and are noted in each product's README.

Termination

If you breach this licence, your right to use the product ends.

Questions

Not sure whether your use is covered? Ask us before you buy.

Something unclear? Ask us — we would rather explain it now than have a disagreement later.
